Speaking of design…
This is sometimes a little and sometimes a lot and not always involving drawings. Some clients know what they need because they’ve already been juggling with ideas for some time and have come to a decision. Others however know what they’d like but won’t be sure if it’s possible to achieve. Then there’s some who are looking for help from the beginning. For those who’ve decided, we may only need to check a design for approval. For those who are unsure, we offer reassurance and design accordingly. Clients needing help from the start get exactly that, just what they need.
And the quotation…
We’ve quoted many projects, some we’ve won and some we haven’t. For the successful ones, we’re still serving some of those clients on a regular basis ten years later. For the quotes we didn’t win, we can honestly say there’ll be several reasons. Sometimes projects just don’t go ahead at all. Others are shelved, our longest being successful after nearly three years, for which of course we required to quote it again. For others, we know we were more expensive. We don’t see this as a bad thing however, as we’ll honour our quote without any hidden extras. For those looking only at the bottom line, we may lose out on. For those who wish to appreciate the details, our quotations will be among the most competitive.
