In an ideal office environment, how much more convenient would it be if you were able to relocate desks, printers and copiers to new locations and have the electrics, voice and data cabling readily at hand?
Having this flexibility would of course be very useful, but for many office situations, itís not likely to be that easy. Desks positioned adjacent to walls, even if they form part of a desk group are usually alright to service via wall outlets.
Desks or other equipment not against walls and in open space can be a little more awkward.
However, Aspect Interior Concept Ltd can provide raised access floors which can make that office flexibility a lot easier. Referred to in many ways such as access flooring, computer floors, modular flooring and suspended floors, they are in basic principle a floor level above another, with a void between. In a similar way to a suspended ceiling, this space makes it easier to route cabling, pipework and possibly even ventilation ducting. With a void possible from as little as 45mm, we can provide a raised access floor solution for most situations within an existing building and much more possibly with a new build. Our design and installation will enable strength and stability for office partitioning to be installed as usual as well as being able to provide high specification floors for areas such as computer rooms.
Our experience enables us to provide raised access floors for many applications including offices, data centres or computer rooms of varying performance and finishes such as plain metal faced or pre-applied carpet, vinyl, ceramic or wood covering.
We can also offer a maintenance and reinstatement service designed to ensure safety and continued performance of existing raised access floors that may have been installed for a number of years or require repair due to damage.
